We’d love to have you join us for an **INTERNSHIP** position within the **CUSTOMER INTELLIGENCE** team. **What would your day-to-day look like?** Here’s a summary of the main **responsibilities**: * Provide technical support at the database information level for TENDAM: execute existing reports and dashboards within the company, distribute them to relevant stakeholders, extract meaningful insights, and include those insights in emails sent to various distribution lists. * Support customer segmentation from the database. Assist in performing segmentation for club and web-registered campaigns, based on customer data collected in attributes and metrics within our CRM. * Support execution of campaign tracking reports. Assist in analyzing previously executed campaigns, examining behavioral differences across campaigns, segments, and collateral—as well as supporting analysis, comparison, and extraction of statistically significant conclusions from these communications to inform company decision-making. * Support ad-hoc report generation. Accessible by metro, urban bus, or commuter train; if arriving by private vehicle, parking is readily available, as the area is not subject to metered parking restrictions). **Requirements** -------------- **Who are we looking for?** * You hold a degree in Mathematics and/or Statistics. * You are highly proficient in Excel (advanced level): pivot tables, macros, etc.—this is essential! * Experience with any database tool (e.g., Access, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, Tableau, etc.). * SQL, Python, or R knowledge is a plus. * You consider yourself analytical and dynamic, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Immediate availability.
