At **Senator Hotels \& Resorts**, we are seeking a **Cook/Cookess** ‍‍ for our **Indigo Gandía Beach Hotel**, located in **Gandía (Valencia)**. **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Prepare and cook food following professional culinary techniques. * Monitor food storage and optimal utilization of ingredients. * Supervise proper use of kitchen tools and equipment, reporting any incidents. * Collaborate with other food & beverage departments on menu planning, inventory management, procurement, and service setup. * Comply with kitchen safety regulations and hygiene\-sanitation procedures. * Coordinate and supervise staff under your responsibility, ensuring their training and continuous knowledge updating. * Uphold and promote the brand image and corporate values in all your kitchen-related activities. ‍ **What do we expect from you?** * Medium-level Vocational Training Cycle in Cooking or equivalent qualification. * Certification in Food Handling, HACCP, Occupational Risk Prevention (50 hours), and Allergen Management. * 1–2 years of professional kitchen experience (hotels, restaurants, catering, or institutional catering). * Basic English proficiency (A2\) is desirable. * Strong planning skills, attention to detail, and effective communication ability. **What do we offer?** * A **temporary** contract and **full-time** working hours. * Integration into a dynamic and professional team. * Ongoing training and genuine opportunities for professional development. * Exclusive benefits: discounts at our properties, health insurance partnerships, banking agreements, and much more!
