Job Summary: We are seeking a local Content Creator / Video Editor to create, film, edit, and publish visual content for properties, videos, social media, YouTube, and our blog for our real estate team. Collaborative and in-person work environment We are looking for a local Content Creator / Video Editor to join our real estate team in Cumbre del Sol, Benitachell. The position is on-site from Monday to Friday at our office. It is not remote, not freelance, and not a one-off collaboration. The candidate will help us create, film, edit, organize, and publish property content, videos, social media posts, YouTube videos, blog articles, and visual materials for homes in Cumbre del Sol and the Northern Costa Blanca. Main Responsibilities: * Film property videos, views, residential areas, and local lifestyle footage. * Edit short videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. * Assist in preparing content for property listings. * Organize photos, videos, and audiovisual materials. * Support publishing on blog, YouTube, and social media. * Follow established processes, checklists, and brand guidelines. * Learn our real estate workflow, AI tools, and content processes. Requirements: * Spanish language proficiency. * Good spoken English level. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Residence near Benitachell, Jávea, Moraira, Teulada, Benissa, Calpe, or surrounding areas. * Basic knowledge of photo and video editing. * Creativity and strong visual judgment. * Organization, responsibility, and eagerness to learn. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience operating a drone or willingness to learn how to use our DJI drone (under 250 g). * Experience with social media, YouTube, Canva, Filmora, photography, videography, tourism, or real estate. * Additional languages such as Dutch, French, or German. It is not necessary to know everything from day one. We seek a reliable, organized, creative individual with a positive attitude ready to grow within the project.
