The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive coordination of projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and technical execution, acting as the liaison between clients, suppliers, manufacturers, and technical management. Responsibilities * Comprehensive management of construction and rehabilitation projects. * Planning and monitoring of construction work. * Coordination of technical teams, manufacturers, and subcontractors. * Economic control, budgeting, and certifications. * Quality supervision and regulatory compliance. * Management of permits and technical documentation. * Resolution of issues arising during execution. * Monitoring of deadlines and reporting on project status. Requirements * Degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Proven experience in construction and renovation project management. * Technical knowledge of construction processes. * Organizational and leadership skills. * Proficiency in budgeting, measurement, and planning. * Proficiency in tools such as AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software. * Valid driver's license.
