You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of unique and large-scale construction projects. If you are a versatile, solution-oriented professional with proven leadership capabilities across diverse types of construction projects, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * **Plan** and supervise on-site construction execution. * **Control** project costs, schedules, and quality. * **Manage** on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * **Negotiate** with clients, technical supervisors, and public authorities. * **Resolve** technical and operational incidents on-site. Requirements * **Education:** Technical Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Engineering, or Civil Engineering. * **Experience:** Minimum of 5 years as a Site Manager in building construction. * **Versatility:** Demonstrable experience across diverse sectors including hospitals, residential buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. * **Tools:** Advanced proficiency in **Presto** and **Microsoft Excel** (budgetary control and certifications). * **Location:** Residence in Barcelona or its province. **Competency Profile** * **High adaptability:** Ability to quickly adjust to project changes. * **Stress management:** Agility in resolving unforeseen issues in dynamic environments. * **Leadership:** Strong communication and team management skills.
