Description

The selected person will be responsible for cleaning and maintenance tasks across various facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing rooms and bathrooms, ensuring these spaces are maintained in optimal hygienic condition. Additionally, the person will be responsible for maintaining and cleaning communal lounges, dining areas, and places of worship such as chapels, promoting an orderly and welcoming environment for all users. General space organization and attention to detail in common areas are fundamental aspects of this position, contributing to the presentation and functionality of the workplace. The work environment is very quiet and respectful, facilitating concentration on assigned tasks and adherence to established quality standards. The primary objective is to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order across all areas, which entails constant attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward spatial needs. This role requires consistent dedication and a clear understanding of cleaning procedures, adapting to the specific characteristics of the location and ensuring hygiene and organizational expectations are met. The person will often work autonomously but will also collaborate with other team members when necessary for larger-scale tasks or special projects. The contract is indefinite, with an annual gross salary of 17\.311,76 euros, prorated according to the stipulated working hours. The schedule is continuous, with work on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 09:00 to 16:00, allowing Mondays, Fridays, and weekends fully free. The work environment is very quiet and respectful, offering an appropriate setting to carry out tasks calmly and efficiently. Experience in cleaning collective facilities, hotels, residential care homes, or similar environments will be positively valued, although it is not mandatory if a good attitude and meticulousness are demonstrated. A personal vehicle is required to reach the facilities. The candidate must be meticulous, respectful, responsible, and detail-oriented, with skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and proactivity. No specific academic qualification is required for this position.
