




Job Summary: We are seeking a chef to prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes, organize kitchen operations, and manage food inventory while ensuring hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Active coordination with dining room and bar staff A chef is needed in El Peral (Cuenca) for immediate hiring. Duties include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes, tapas, portions, sandwiches, menus, and other establishment products. Additional responsibilities include organizing daily kitchen operations, monitoring food storage and handling in compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations, maintaining cleanliness of facilities and equipment, receiving and storing raw materials, managing stock levels and expiration dates, assisting in menu and menu card development, and coordinating with bar and dining room staff to ensure proper service. A food handler's certificate and at least twelve months of relevant experience are required. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with a gross monthly salary of €1,300 (prorated including extra payments).
