It is important that you possess in-depth knowledge of Amazonian Colombian cuisine and a special interest in Amazonian fermentations. A permanent full-time contract is offered. The remuneration will be €19,000 gross per year, in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The position is located in Madrid.
