Job Summary: We are seeking a cook with experience and in-depth knowledge of Amazonian Colombian cuisine, with an interest in fermentation. Key Points: 1. Proven experience in cooking 2. In-depth knowledge of Amazonian Colombian cuisine 3. Special interest in Amazonian fermentations We are looking for a cook with at least three years of proven experience. It is important that you possess in-depth knowledge of Amazonian Colombian cuisine and a special interest in Amazonian fermentations. A permanent full-time contract is offered. The remuneration will be €19,000 gross per year, in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The position is located in Madrid.
