Preparation and cooking of dishes according to the menu Quality control of products and presentation of dishes Organization and mise en place for service Coordination with other kitchen team members Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations (HACCP) Cleaning and maintenance of the workplace Resource optimization and waste minimization Ability to work under pressure during high-volume services * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience as a chef (mandatory). * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
