CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER

Hotel Parque Cabañeros is seeking a CHEF / KITCHEN MANAGER to join full-time at a hotel located in the heart of nature, adjacent to Cabañeros National Park. We are a growing hotel project and are looking for an experienced, leadership-oriented, and operationally capable individual to join a dynamic team within an active and developing work environment. Conditions: * Monthly salary: €1,800 * Full-time schedule * One meal included per shift * Opportunity to work paid overtime depending on hotel occupancy Location and accommodation: The position is based in Horcajo de los Montes (Ciudad Real), so relocation is required if the candidate does not reside nearby. We offer two options: * Private room in shared housing with other employees * Or a monthly housing allowance of €100 for independent accommodation Shared housing includes a shared kitchen and common areas. Utility costs are split among residents. Main responsibilities: * Organization and supervision of kitchen operations * Management of the kitchen team * Quality control of dishes * Organization of mise en place * Procurement management and stock control * Supervision of sanitary and hygiene standards * Organization and coordination of breakfast service * Operational support during service as needed * Kitchen management during periods of high workload * Ensuring the kitchen’s daily smooth operation Profile we seek: * Prior experience managing a professional kitchen * Leadership and organizational skills * Autonomy in decision-making * Ability to work under pressure * Responsibility and commitment * Availability for operational and intensive work * Hotel and restaurant industry experience will be valued This position requires flexible working hours: various shifts, participation in breakfast service, and possible late closures during peak occupancy periods.
