DESCRIPTION Job functions and responsibilities: 1\. Support the individual in their integration upon entering their section. 2\. Participate in implementing activities for personal and social development. 3\. Participate with individuals from their section in assigned processes, as well as ensure quality both during product production and upon completion within the assigned deadline. 4\. Participate in implementing intervention programs for behavioral adjustment established by the Care Technician. 5\. Actively participate in all activities the company deems appropriate based on the candidate's training or experience. REQUIREMENTS 1\. Vocational Training in Social Integration, Social Education, Teaching, Social Work, and experience working with persons with disabilities. 2\. Desirable: training in quality of life (person-centered planning, active support, or positive behavior support). 3\. Valid driver's license.
