The purpose of this position is to train in the craft of pastry workshop master, ensure excellent execution of pastry processes, and consistently uphold the quality and safety standards defining our company. Production: Prepare and produce bakery and pastry products strictly following recipes and instructions from the Workshop Manager. Technical Control: Monitor baking times, precise weighing of ingredients, and final quantities. Machinery Operation: Correctly handle technical equipment and workshop-specific tools. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure order and cleanliness of the workplace, rigorously complying with current hygiene and sanitation regulations. Internal Logistics: Collaborate in preparing orders for sales points or distributors and ensure daily production flow. Incident Management: Detect anomalies in the production process and effectively report them to supervisors. * 1 year of experience. Experience of 1 year. Candidate Profile Education: Specific training in bakery or pastry will be highly valued. Experience: Prior experience in workshop environments will be considered, although it is not an exclusive requirement if appropriate training is provided. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Profile with a marked executive character, results-oriented, and continuously eager to learn new processes and recipes. This position requires fluent and effective communication with other members of the organizational structure.
