




Position Summary: We are seeking a versatile administrative professional to provide departmental support, manage documents, prepare reports, and handle customer and supplier communications. Administrative support to various departments We are looking for an administrative professional to work in Sant Quirze del Vallès. Responsibilities include supporting various administrative, control, and records management departments; preparing reports, letters, and other documents; handling email correspondence; issuing invoices, delivery notes, and quotations; placing orders; and attending to customers and suppliers, along with other duties inherent to the position. This is a temporary contract with a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, distributed Monday through Friday in a split shift from 10:00 to 14:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * We seek an active and versatile candidate. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in both spoken and written Spanish and Catalan. * GM Administration or similar
