### **Position Description**
Perform administrative tasks specific to the accounting department assigned to the hospital, following the guidelines of the Economic and Financial Directorate. The main objective is to facilitate organizational operations and ensure internal customer satisfaction.
### **Main Responsibilities**
* Manage, organize, and prepare documents for the Economic and Financial Directorate.
* Perform administrative tasks specific to the accounting area.
* Collaborate with and support technical staff and the department head in their duties.
* Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of agile and efficient administrative procedures.
* Maintain departmental equipment and materials in optimal condition.
* Coordinate activities with other professionals within the organization.
* Submit periodic reports to the Head of Accounting.
### **Requirements**
* Technical or university education in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
* Prior experience in administrative and accounting tasks, preferably in hospital or healthcare environments.
* Knowledge of document management and administrative processes.
* Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate effectively across different departments.
* Attention to detail and adherence to internal protocols.
