Summary: Titans RE is seeking a reliable, data-driven, and tech-affine Team Assistant to support daily operations, task coordination, and project assistance for an international clientele. Exciting times are ahead, we are now looking for a highly reliable, data\-driven and tech\-affine Team Assistant to support daily operations, task coordination, and more across the team. **Join a motivated, agile, and international team playing a key role in enabling smooth operations across the company.** **Activities:** * **Onboarding Management:** Manage onboardings of properties and buyers into our databases and improve data quality. * **Project Assistance:** Support hospitality projects, with research, drafting of analytic texts with guidance of seniors, manage tasks and correspond with customers and partners. * **Sales \& Marketing Support:** Assist team with estimates, lead generation and content creation for linkedin posts, newsletters and website. * **Advisor Coordination:** Onboarding and coordination of Deal Advisors and Partners. * **Team Support:** Align daily with team and management on goals and progress of critical tasks. **Requirements:** * 3\+ years of professional experience in administrative, business development, operations or coordination roles, real estate or backoffice experience in hospitality is a plus. * Academic background in business administration, finance, real estate or tourism preferred * Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken. * Trustworthy, reliable, and loyal personality with ability to manage sensitive information with care. * Data\-oriented and tech\-affine, with the ability to work with tools, sheets and AI. **Conditions:** * The role has a basic fixed compensation and a performance\-based bonus. * This is a long\-term role with potential to evolve within Titans RE, an established brand with international clientele across various sectors. * We cultivate a strong team spirit with game nights, awards, team walks, and other remote team activities. * You will collaborate closely with senior managers formerly working for NH Hotels, UBS, HSBC, Credit Suisse, BMW, and the UN.
