Responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting them safely with unloading their belongings. Deliver laundered garments to guest rooms. Capable of working quickly and efficiently. Strong customer service and communication skills. Check the operational conditions and cleanliness of laundry machinery and equipment. Respond promptly to guest requests, Front Desk inquiries, or requests from the Guest Services department. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors. Coordinate all repairs with appropriate personnel and collect items upon completion for delivery. Verify efficient supply of chemicals, supplies, etc., for the laundry.
Comply with all company policies and procedures; ensure both uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of company information and protect company assets. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and punctually; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; listen to and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Reach overhead, bend at the waist, twist at the waist, drag and squat; grasp, turn, and manipulate objects; move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to or less than 10 pounds (4.5 kg); stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.

Relevant Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
License or Certification: None
