Technical Manager for Singular Construction Projects

A national installation company is seeking to hire a **Technical Manager for Installations** for singular construction projects — specifically flex living, residential buildings, and hotel projects. The position is based at the **Guadalajara** office, though the scope of work primarily covers Madrid and neighboring provinces, with occasional nationwide travel. This is a hybrid role, combining significant office-based responsibilities (calculations, technical documentation, and budgeting) with on-site duties (project monitoring, coordination, and commissioning). The selected candidate will have real technical autonomy from day one and will participate in the full project lifecycle. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Preparation and calculation of installation projects: boiler rooms, heating, air conditioning, domestic hot water (DHW), solar thermal, photovoltaic solar, and gas systems. * Development of technical studies and budgets. * Production control and monitoring of construction execution. * Coordination of installation commissioning. * Liaison with suppliers, installers, site managers, and engineers throughout the entire process. **REQUIREMENTS** * Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a mechanical or electrical focus. * Over 5 years of experience in the installation sector, ideally in building construction projects. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD**, **Presto**, and **Dmelect**, as well as Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Intermediate level of English. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally across Spain. * Strong negotiation and multi-stakeholder management skills, both technical and commercial. **WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS** * Opportunity to join an established company delivering high-technical-demand, singular construction projects. * Permanent contract and full-time working hours. * **Competitive salary based on experience: €35,000 – €40,000 gross/year.** * A technically autonomous role with direct visibility across projects.
