We are expanding the department and need to hire a junior selection profile for full-time employment. **A degree or bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resources (not Labor Relations, Clinical Psychology, or other disciplines) is mandatory. As a **Selection Technician**, you will play a key role in ensuring **proactive** and strategic recruitment of professionals. Your mission will be to **anticipate** the needs of our internal/external clients and strengthen the talent pool that enables us to respond with **agility** to current and future projects. **What will you do? A Master’s in HR is desirable. (Other disciplines such as Labor Relations, Law, etc., are not considered).** * **Two years’ experience selecting technical profiles, preferably in engineering. (Applications without experience will not be considered).** * **Proficiency in ATS systems (we use Bizneo). Candidate database management.** * **Proficiency in LinkedIn and Recruiter license.** * Experience in **personnel selection techniques and processes.** * **Native-level Spanish and intermediate English (language test required). Catalan is highly recommended.** * Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), **Outlook**, and **Microsoft Teams**.
