Security and Mobility Supervisor

We are currently seeking a **Security and Mobility Supervisor** to join the Security and Mobility Department. **What will you do?** The selected candidate, together with their supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing activities related to the movement of goods and people, infrastructure, access control services, transportation, and security—ensuring smooth internal operations and protecting people and facilities. **Main responsibilities:** * Access control: Supervise the operation and condition of access spaces and mechanisms, parking areas, personnel (internal and external), and related services to ensure security across the venues. * Transportation: Supervise the operation of transport services (taxis and shuttles) and mobility systems (moving walkways, elevators, and escalators) to ensure the movement of goods and people. * Security: Collaborate with the Head of Security and Mobility to implement the Self-Protection Plan and safety regulations, ensuring the safety of people, facilities, and material assets of Fira, in compliance with current legislation. * Emergencies: Monitor potential emergency situations involving first aid, fire-fighting, and staff evacuation, etc., in accordance with established safety plans to ensure venue safety during crises. * Prevention: Monitor and enforce Occupational Risk Prevention regulations within the scope of responsibilities to minimize occupational risks. **Who are we looking for?** * University degree in **Security, Criminology, or a related field**. * Knowledge of security and prevention regulations. * Proficiency in office software (**Excel, PowerPoint**) and a strong command of English (C1\). * Strong **communication, planning, and analytical skills**. * Client orientation and commitment to service excellence, with influence capability and teamwork skills. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment at a reference institution with high-impact projects. * A collaborative and innovative environment with cross-functional teams. * Flexible working hours and teleworking options. * Continuous training, social benefits, free parking, and cafeteria.
