***RESPONSIBILITIES***
A Second Chef position is offered at a hotel in Lloret de Mar, featuring strong promotion and growth opportunities within a newly established company possessing significant expansion potential.
Responsibilities will be aligned with achieving departmental objectives through:
* Monitoring customer satisfaction indices related to the kitchen
* Monitoring and implementing the company’s quality and HACCP plans (maintaining workstations perfectly clean and organized)
* Customer service
* Attending departmental meetings. If held on days off, sick leave, or vacation, review meeting minutes and stay informed about discussions.
* Attending training courses as scheduled
* Building and maintaining a cohesive and motivated team where everyone can contribute experience to enhance customer satisfaction
* Complying with existing company standards regarding quality, environment, occupational risk prevention, and data protection (LOPD), and collaborating with the hotel toward continuous compliance and improvement.
**Requirements:**

* Medium or higher vocational qualification in culinary arts.
* Food handling and allergen handling certification.
* Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* A responsible individual committed to the organization, with planning and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in teams, communicate clearly, and flexibly adapt to change.
* Customer satisfaction orientation and problem-solving aptitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel.
* Prior experience placing orders.
