We participate in projects across sectors such as healthcare, environment, education, automotive, aerospace, and banking. **Would you like to join our team?** We are looking for a Java Developer to join our Public Administration area and collaborate in the analysis, design, and development of enhancements for various Java applications. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will develop enhancements for web applications primarily based on Java, Spring, Springboot, Hibernate, REST and SOAP services, and Oracle. * Our teams are fullstack, so you will also work on the frontend using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Thymeleaf. * You will perform testing of developments to ensure delivery quality and work with continuous integration environments using tools such as Jenkins. * You will also conduct testing and use code quality tools like Sonar. * You will interact directly with clients to gather requirements, technically analyze needs, and design solutions according to each project's architecture. * You will follow up on deliveries until they are deployed into production. * You will participate in an agile team with extensive experience in the public administration sector, contributing ideas and expertise. **What will you find here?** * The best team you could imagine! And what about the future? * We provide training throughout the year, including certifications in various technologies and methodologies, enabling your professional growth. * We have a career development plan with different pathways you can pursue depending on the role you envision for yourself! * We encourage changes in projects, technologies, etc., throughout your career with us so you never feel stagnant. * We promote flexible working hours and measures to balance personal/family and professional life. * 100% remote work (occasional in-person attendance at our Santiago de Compostela offices will be positively valued). * Possibility to access a reduced working schedule for four months per year. ### **Minimum Requirements** To be our ideal candidate, we require: * You must hold a higher vocational training qualification (FP2) or a university degree in ICT fields (DAM, DAW, ASIR, Computer Engineering/Telecommunications, etc). * At least 3 years of experience in Java application development projects using the technologies mentioned. * Availability to attend in-person meetings in Santiago de Compostela (once a month). * Knowledge of SQL databases, preferably Oracle. * Experience developing web services, SOAP and/or REST. * Frontend development experience will be positively considered. * Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, etc., will also be valued. * Willingness to learn every day and work as part of a team. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, depending on the project context.
