We are seeking a Production Operator for a recycled cardboard manufacturing plant in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, featuring modern facilities and a committed team. The position includes an initial 30-hour training program on machinery and safety, unpaid, to prepare the worker from day one. Main responsibilities include operating and supervising the production line, performing adjustments, format changes, and resolving incidents. The role also involves quality control, palletizing, and labeling of finished products. We seek a responsible individual capable of problem-solving and eager to learn. Prior experience in industrial environments is valued. Working hours are Monday to Friday with weekly rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night). The contract is temporary, with a salary of €11.24/h for daytime shifts and €12.87/h for night shifts, plus a production bonus. At least one year of experience as a production operator in manufacturing sectors is required, preferably in the cardboard industry or similar fields. A committed and proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and specialization in industrial machinery operation are essential. Availability for rotating shifts and immediate start-up are required.
