Key responsibilities include: * Designing, developing, and maintaining applications and services using modern development technologies. * Researching and evaluating new architectures and approaches applicable to the company’s products and platforms. * Participating in the analysis and resolution of complex technical problems and activities involving technological uncertainty. * Designing scalable, maintainable, and efficient solutions aligned with both technical and business objectives. * Participating in proof-of-concept initiatives, technical validations, and technology experimentation. * Improving application and service performance, security, stability, and observability. **What You’ll Need to Excel** ------------------------------------- **We’d love it if you have:** * +3 years of experience designing and developing software in cloud environments. * Experience solving complex technical problems and continuously improving software. * Participation in agile environments and cross-functional teams. * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technological change. **It’s a plus if you also have:** * Experience with scalable architectures, automation, integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD). * Strong analytical skills and orientation toward solving complex problems. * Ownership mindset: autonomy, independent judgment, and drive to improve. * Orientation toward innovation and continuous improvement. **What We Offer** ----------------- * Salary: €40k–€55k gross/year, commensurate with experience. * 100% remote work + 3 in-person days every two months in Barcelona. * Flexible working hours. * Extended summer hours and shortened Fridays, including the day before public holidays and throughout summer months. * 23 vacation days + your birthday off. * Flexible compensation plan. * Private health insurance. **Why Join Easor?** ---------------------------- ️ **Real and visible impact** from day one.
