The **objective** of the Nursing Department within Grupo Casaverde is to provide users with the necessary healthcare services, tailored to their individual needs, in order to improve or maintain their current quality of life. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree or Diplomatura in Nursing * Professional registration (Colegiación) * Preferred: English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Responsibilities:** * Strictly adhere to established protocols and procedures. * Conduct comprehensive assessments of users upon admission to the facility. * Monitor and attend to users’ healthcare needs. * Plan and deliver nursing care tailored to each user’s specific requirements. * Prepare and administer medical treatments according to physician prescriptions. * Complete clinical records and associated documentation regarding provided care. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team. * Ensure the supply of medical materials and medications in facilities lacking Nursing Management/Coordination or a pharmacist specialist.
