




Position Summary: We are seeking a student or recent graduate to support corporate training management, contributing to the creation, organization, and dissemination of training content. For our People department, we seek to onboard a student to support the Corporate Development team in managing *La Academia*, the company’s training space, contributing to the creation, organization, and dissemination of training content that drives personal and professional learning and growth within the company. Key Details: * Working hours: 30 hours per week (8 a.m. to 2 p.m.) * Work modality: On-site * Location: Polígono de Las Atalayas, Av. del Euro, 2, Alicante What will you do on a daily basis? * Support the Training team in planning and executing training activities. * Create and design training materials (presentations, guides, digital content, etc.). * Manage the online training platform: upload content, monitor courses, and resolve incidents. * Manage user access and accounts on the platform (onboarding, offboarding, permissions, usage tracking). * Organize and manage physical or virtual training spaces (bookings, scheduling, attendance, logistics). * Collaborate on internal communication regarding training programs and activities. What are we looking for? * Students or recent graduates in Psychology, Vocational Training in Administration, or related fields. * English level B2 (certification not required). * Availability to carry out the internship at our headquarters in Polígono de Las Atalayas.
