We are currently seeking a **Demand Planner** for our **Supply Chain & Logistics** department, based at our **MADRID OR MALAGA offices**.

**Key responsibilities include:**
* Analyzing and evaluating data and reports.
* Developing KPIs and presentations.
* Proposing continuous improvements to processes, tools, and forecasting models.
* Managing relationships with stores and sales managers.
* Monitoring orders.
* Preparing demand forecasts by product and channel.
* Analyzing actual vs. forecasted sales, identifying variances, and proposing corrective actions.
* Incorporating promotions, product launches, and commercial initiatives into the forecast.
* Optimizing stock levels and service levels.
* Leading the supply process for promotional activities.

**We are looking for a candidate with:**
* Education: Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Prior experience managing supplier relationships.
* SAP4 knowledge is desirable.
* Foreign language skills (English, French, Portuguese) are valued.
* Familiarity with Slimstock and BI tools is an advantage.
