The annual gross salary ranges between €24,000 and €28,000. Main responsibilities include supervising construction progress, verifying adherence to deadlines and work quality, and coordinating personnel involved in each phase. It is also necessary to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. Demonstrable experience in the construction sector and team management skills are highly valued. The selected candidate will play a key role in the daily oversight of on-site activities.
