We are seeking a construction assistant to carry out surface blasting and painting of concrete and steel, both in workshops and on-site, within industrial and public/private building projects in Huelva. The work includes applying industrial paint systems onto metal structures according to each project's specifications, and operating air\-less spray equipment for intumescent, anticorrosive, and other types of paints. Experience is valued, but most essential is the willingness to learn, as comprehensive training is provided to support professional growth in the sector. Projects are itinerant; therefore, availability for travel within the province and beyond is required. This position involves teamwork under supervision, maintaining a safe working environment, and complying with occupational health and safety protocols. An annual gross salary starting from 20\.000 euros is offered, negotiable based on merit and experience, with an intensive work schedule to facilitate work-life balance. The contract is permanent from the outset, within a dynamic environment offering professional development opportunities at an established company. A valid Class B driving license and availability for travel are mandatory due to the itinerant nature of the projects. Occupational health and safety training is highly valued. Prior experience of at least 2 years as an assistant in similar tasks is required. No formal education is mandatory, but practical knowledge of the trade is necessary.
