All this has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a vacancy to hire a **Cabin Cleaner** for our **Onboard Services** team aboard our vessels—and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day look like?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Supporting **onboard hospitality tasks** (cafeteria/restaurant service, passenger assistance, preparation and restocking of products), ensuring close and high-quality customer service. * Collaborating in **cleaning and conditioning** of common areas and vessel facilities, ensuring proper order, hygiene, and presentation of installations. * Supporting the **Passenger Services** team during embarkation and disembarkation operations, access control, passenger assistance and information, and handling basic incidents. * Addressing passenger queries and providing information to enhance the onboard passenger experience. * Complying with the Company’s established **operational and safety procedures**, as well as instructions from area supervisors. * Collaborating with other crew members to ensure smooth onboard service operations and a coordinated, professional working environment. * Ensuring proper use of assigned materials and equipment, reporting any incidents or need for replacement. ### **What do we offer?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team. REQUIREMENTS * Valid Seafarer’s Identity Document (Seaman’s Book) * MLC Medical Certificate * Passenger Ships (STCW A\-V/2\) * Basic Maritime Security Training (STCW A\-VI/6\) * Basic Safety Training (STCW A\-VI/1\-1\-2\-3\-4\) * Survival Craft and Rescue Boats (other than fast rescue boats) (STCW A\-VI/2\-1\) (Desirable) * Training on Assistance to Passengers with Reduced Mobility (RD 1544/2007\) (Desirable)
