If you have experience in electrical maintenance and wish to join a team that ensures operational excellence in a luxury environment, we invite you to join us! **Job Mission:** The Technical Services Technician will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of the hotel’s electrical systems, contributing to guest comfort and satisfaction as well as compliance with the hotel’s operational standards. **What will you do?** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on the hotel’s electrical installations, including electrical panels, lighting systems, and associated equipment. * Diagnose and repair electrical faults, ensuring a rapid and effective response. * Supervise and ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems for HVAC, elevators, kitchen equipment, and other technical areas of the hotel. * Participate in the installation of new electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations. * Conduct periodic inspections to guarantee electrical safety and compliance with legal electrical regulations. * Maintain up-to-date records of interventions performed, equipment used, and materials required. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Propose improvements and innovative solutions to optimize energy usage and contribute to the hotel’s sustainability. **What are we looking for?** * Vocational qualification (intermediate or higher) in Electricity, Electronics, or Industrial Maintenance. Professional certification in low-voltage electrical installations will be valued. * At least 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels or large-scale buildings. * Proficiency in low- and medium-voltage electrical systems, automation, LED lighting systems, and electrical safety regulations. * Basic English proficiency is desirable. * Attention to detail, ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * A dynamic, committed individual eager to contribute to maintaining a luxury environment.
