As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the direct liaison with the CTO to manage daily operations and lead technological projects. Your objective will be to ensure milestone delivery, optimize new product development, and guarantee alignment of initiatives with strategic innovation goals. You will play a pivotal role in structuring, planning, and executing R&D projects, interacting with suppliers and technical partners to drive progress and efficiency. Responsibilities: \- Manage and optimize operational processes within the technical area to ensure efficiency in product development cycles \- Plan, coordinate, and monitor technical project schedules, anticipate risks, and propose solutions \- Serve as the liaison between the CTO, engineers, and external collaborators such as technology centers and strategic clients \- Negotiate with key suppliers to ensure competitiveness, availability, and quality across the supply chain \- Support budgetary planning for projects and operational resources, as well as preparation of R&D grant or funding proposals \- Prepare executive reports on project status, resources, technical progress, and operational bottlenecks ### **Requirements** Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organization, Aerospace Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree in Project Management, Technological Innovation, or a technical MBA is desirable. Certifications in project management methodologies will be valued. 3 to 5 years of combined experience in technological product development and technical project or program management. Experience leading R&D or innovation initiatives funded by public or private sources. Previous track record in agile environments, tech startups, or engineering departments under high pressure to meet milestones. Experience managing technical suppliers, engineering centers, or industrial partners will be valued. Languages: Advanced technical English ### **What We Offer** Permanent employment.
