At DXC Spain, we are seeking a **Senior IT/OT Solutions Analyst Consultant** to join our large **Consulting** team. **Requirements:** **Mid-Level (3–5 years)** * Experience in IT/OT consulting, technical analysis, or technical project management, with a focus on solution documentation and evaluation. * Ability to prepare clear reports and executive presentations. * Solid knowledge of Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and on-premise infrastructure (virtualization, storage, databases, networking). * Proficiency in facilitating workshops and engaging with clients. **Senior (5+ years)** * Proven experience in IT/OT solution consulting or analysis for large organizations. * Ability to lead complex analyses, define approaches, and provide strategic insight. * Direct experience interacting with senior stakeholders and supporting their decision-making. * Advanced knowledge of hybrid architectures, cost estimation (cloud and on-premise), and assessment of technical/operational/economic risks. * Ability to mentor and guide junior professionals in practice. **Academic Qualifications** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * A master’s degree or certifications in enterprise architecture (TOGAF), cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP Foundations/Associate), or technology demand management are highly desirable. **Technical and Functional Skills** * Cloud: IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS concepts in AWS, Azure, or GCP. * On-premise infrastructure: virtualization, storage, databases, networking. * Diagramming and modeling tools: Visio, Draw.io, **Archi**, ArchiMate, Enterprise Architect. * Knowledge of governance and technology demand management processes. * Estimation of infrastructure and cloud service costs. **Soft Skills** * Analytical thinking and structured approach. * Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. * Ability to synthesize technical information into executive reports. * Autonomy, proactivity, and results orientation. * Skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders—from technical experts to executives. **Languages** * Professional Spanish. * High-level professional English (minimum B2/C1). **Responsibilities:** * Analyze the feasibility and impact of business and operational technology demands from a strategic perspective (not implementation-focused). * Prepare feasibility reports including scope analysis, cost estimates (T-shirt sizing), risk assessment, and proposed approach. * Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and aligning architect-proposed solutions. * Research emerging IT/OT technologies and solutions to evaluate applicability, implications, and cost models (e.g., PaaS consumption). * Act as the liaison between clients and expert teams (Cloud, On-premise, Networking, OT), ensuring alignment with project objectives. * Track assigned demands, ensuring timely delivery and seamless communication with all stakeholders. **What You’ll Find at DXC?** * Professional development. * Cutting-edge projects with market-leading clients. * An excellent working environment. * Flexibility and work-life balance. * Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technologies in the IT sector. * Access to DXC Learning and official certifications. * Social and responsible commitment. * Stable employment. * Social benefits.
