#### **Your Mission Will Be:**
We are seeking a **Repairs Management** professional to join our **Existing Installations** team at **Head Offices (Madrid – Alcobendas)**. If you are motivated to lead improvement initiatives, work cross-functionally across different areas, and contribute to the growth of a strategic business, this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your career at Schindler.
You will be responsible for driving, coordinating, and evolving Schindler’s repair business, ensuring proper process management, supporting the Operations network, and leading initiatives that improve efficiency, profitability, and service quality. From this position, you will serve as the central reference for the repair business at Head Offices, closely collaborating with Operations and the Group to guarantee sustainable business growth—translating corporate initiatives into local market needs and promoting the implementation of best practices.
**How Will You Do It?**
* Leading the management of repair sales processes, supporting Operations and making decisions in situations requiring escalation.
* Acting as Key User for processes related to creation, modification, and management of repair orders, ensuring their correct functioning and managing exceptions.
* Managing the repair materials structure and selling prices, creating new codes and performing necessary updates to maintain business competitiveness.
* Analyzing Operations network needs to develop new repair solutions (PES), optimizing materials, costs, and processes.
* Monitoring the operational repair portfolio, providing key information for planning, cost control, and decision-making.
* Leading the management of the Life Cycle Management (LCM) model, defining its strategy, maintaining the tool, and supporting Operations teams.
* Coordinating actions impacting sales, profitability, and safety—such as specific repair campaigns or traceability of safety components.
* Analyzing the profitability of repair area projects and initiatives, and participating in supplier evaluations to ensure the best value proposition for the business.
* Training and mentoring new Service Leaders in the repair business.
* Driving continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing operational efficiency and business capacity—such as logistics optimization initiatives, component reconditioning, or new planning tools.
* Collaborating with the Group and international teams to implement corporate projects and adapt them to local business needs.
* Cross-functionally coordinating with various organizational areas and maintaining close relations with the branch network, conducting occasional national travel as required.
#### **What Do You Need to Succeed?**
* University degree, preferably in Engineering, Industrial Organization, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in the elevator industry, preferably in Operations roles, with solid business knowledge.
* Ability to lead cross-functional projects, coordinate across different areas, and translate corporate initiatives into locally applicable solutions.
* Analytical capability to interpret data, assess project profitability, and identify improvement opportunities.
* Experience in process and continuous improvement project management.
* Familiarity with management tools such as SAP and advanced Excel skills.
* Fluent English level, preferably B2\. Candidates with lower levels will also be considered if they demonstrate genuine interest and ability to develop their proficiency.
* Willingness to travel nationally to branches.
* Customer orientation, service mindset, business vision, initiative, influence capability, and results focus.
* Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills, with the ability to operate effectively in high-visibility environments and interact with various organizational levels.
