Profile Requirements Education / Qualifications (specify legal requirements for the role): Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism. Prior experience and knowledge: Minimum 3 years’ experience. High-level English proficiency and proficiency in a third language. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Hotel Management Software at an advanced user level. Main Functions and Responsibilities Handle customer complaints and claims, and resolve them effectively. Plan and allocate human and material resources efficiently. Collaborate with the Hotel Director and substitute for them during their absence, exercising the authority delegated by the Director. Review and maintain up-to-date occupancy and sales records. Carry out assigned tasks promptly, diligently, and securely. Understand the Integrated Policy on Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety. Be familiar with the company’s general objectives and those specific to the establishment, promote them among staff, and engage personnel in achieving them. Ensure maximum guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Possess thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and the destination. Participate in regular departmental meetings. Inform management of incidents and developments. Know and comply with internal regulations, and always act in accordance with instructions received from superiors and professional expertise. Knowledge of applicable hygiene and sanitation regulations and relevant APPCC prerequisites. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Monitor and achieve the department’s annual budget, etc. Lead, supervise, and plan all departmental activities and those of subordinate staff. Communicate rules and instructions issued by the immediate superior. Collaborate with management and other departments. Manage and evaluate subordinate staff objectively, following established procedures.
