Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to manage the day-to-day operations of renewable energy projects (wind/photovoltaic), coordinating departments and supporting financing and Due Diligence. Collaboration with a young and qualified team Pozuelo de Alarcón Full-time Permanent employee **Position Mission** ------------------------- Mission: Day-to-day management of assigned renewable energy projects (especially Wind/PV). **Responsibilities** ------------- * Coordination and management of all company departments involved in the project (Development, Engineering & Construction, T\&D, Finance, Legal, etc.). * Monitoring the project’s permitting status and evaluating potential modifications/optimizations. * Budget and cash\-flow management and control for the project. * Review and management of key contracts (EPC, TSA, BOP, etc.); negotiation thereof jointly with the Procurement Department. * Review and monitoring of the project schedule. * Preparation of internal progress reports/reporting. * Support to the Finance Department regarding project financing or M\&A transactions (preparation of information memoranda, inputs for financial models, technical aspects of the project, etc.). * Management of external Technical Due Diligence and liaison with the technical advisor; support to other company departments in remaining external Due Diligences (legal, insurance, etc.). * Management of Data Rooms containing project-related information (Due Diligences, financings, corporate transactions, etc.). **Requirements** -------------- * Technical or Senior Engineer degree, or advanced education in Renewable Energy. * Prior experience in development, construction, and/or financing of renewable energy projects (especially PV/Wind) is desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Fluent English **Who We Are?** ------------------- We are an energy-sector company with over 20 years of experience, active across the entire value chain of renewable power generation.
