The Procurement Analyst is responsible for executing operational and analytical processes within the Procurement area, ensuring compliance with internal policies and cost optimization. They support assigned categories through data analysis, supplier management, and contract monitoring. In this role, your key responsibilities will include: **Analysis:** * Analyze and understand information and requirements provided by the client, as well as their needs and expectations. * Analyze the market and products/services to be negotiated based on client needs. * Identify, detect, and analyze the most relevant and optimal suppliers for negotiation processes. * Analyze, understand, and synthesize documentation, information, requirements, and proposals from suppliers. * Identify and propose potential negotiation strategies and follow-up actions. * Analyze and synthesize negotiation outcomes. * Anticipate actions required to ensure an optimal procurement process. **Supplier Relations, Projects, and Negotiations:** * Participate in meetings and communications with suppliers. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. **Client Relations:** * Participate in meetings and communications with clients. * Gather client information: product/service requirements, warranties, delivery timelines, required service levels, historical consumption, forecasted future consumption, current and past suppliers, etc. * Recommend to clients the most optimal suppliers for their needs and selection criteria. * Monitor categories, client consumption, and resolve incidents. **Documentation:** * Manage documentation sent by clients and suppliers. * Obtain information on previous negotiations for the category. * Draft documents: RFI, RFP, auction rules, and final negotiation report. * Document negotiation results and progress. * Submit information to the client’s management system (currently SAP/Ariba but subject to change). **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this position. **Professional Experience** * 1–3 years in a similar procurement or consulting role (Mandatory) * Prior experience in IBEX-listed companies or multinationals will be valued. **Education** * University degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering, or Law. * A Master’s or postgraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Finance is desirable. * Procurement certifications will be valued. **Languages** * Native or bilingual Spanish. * High-level English (minimum B2–C1). * A third language will be valued. **Technical Skills (Hard Skills)** * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, financial formulas, data analysis). * Advanced PowerPoint proficiency. * Understanding of metrics and KPIs. * Experience with or familiarity with spend and procurement management systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, others). * Basic knowledge of contracts. **Interpersonal Skills (Soft Skills)** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Effective communication: verbal and written. * Proactivity to drive action and a mindset of continuous learning. * Customer orientation. * Ability to manage ambiguity and conflict. * Action-oriented. * Persuasiveness. * Problem-solving ability. * Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. **WE VALUE YOUR IMPACT** Your contribution matters—and we recognize it.
