**Objective**
------------
The position aims to develop and implement the organization's nutrition projects, promoting healthy, balanced, sustainable, and dignified nutrition for participants, providing technical support to various resources, and contributing to continuous improvement of programs.
The selected candidate will report directly to the Inclusion Area Manager, without prejudice to potential modifications of this reporting line according to the organization’s operational needs.
**Job Responsibilities**
**Menu Design and Monitoring**
* Design, review, and update menus for the organization’s various projects, as well as for any new initiatives launched.
* Provide technical advice to kitchen staff on menu implementation and conduct ongoing monitoring.
* Coordinate with kitchen staff across different resources and with the Head of Systems and General Services to ensure proper menu application and propose improvements when necessary.
* Monitor nutritional quality of menus and propose adaptations based on identified needs.
* Manage, process, and optimize food resources and products sourced from food banks, donations, and other supply channels, ensuring their efficient use and alignment with principles of healthy eating.
**Nutrition Project Funded by the Balduino Foundation (Belgium)**
* Execute and monitor the technical aspects of the nutrition project.
* Coordinate with coordinators of various resources to integrate nutritional education activities into social interventions.
* Design, plan, and deliver workshops and training sessions on healthy eating, adapted to participants’ characteristics.
* Promote healthy eating habits and responsible consumption practices that foster autonomy among beneficiaries.
Develop technical materials, guidelines, and educational resources related to:
* + Healthy and balanced nutrition.
+ Responsible consumption.
+ Food utilization.
+ Autonomy in meal planning and preparation.
* Collect required technical information for project monitoring, evaluation, and justification, preparing reports and documentation needed for its continuation.
* Participate in identifying needs and formulating proposals for improving the organization’s nutrition projects.
**Profile:**
**Education and Experience**
* University degree in Nutrition and active professional registration.
* Minimum three years’ accredited experience in similar positions.

**Desirable**
* Professional experience in third-sector entities or non-profit organizations.
* Disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%.
**Job Conditions**
**Contract Type**
* Permanent contract.
* Part-time schedule: 19 hours per week.
**Work Modality**
* On-site work with itinerant duties across the organization’s various centers, primarily located at:
* Calle Santa Engracia, 11 (Madrid).
* Calle Voluntarios Catalanes, 69 (Madrid).
* One day of remote work per week.
**Remuneration**
* Gross annual salary: 13\.142,21 €.
**Start Date**
* 1 September.
