Description
We are seeking personnel to perform maintenance tasks in an industrial plant. The primary responsibility is to ensure that equipment and systems operate smoothly, focusing on preventing failures and quickly resolving any breakdowns. This involves continuously inspecting machinery and following established protocols to avoid production stoppages. The work takes place in a dynamic environment requiring adaptability and rapid response. Tasks range from routine inspections to direct repairs on complex equipment, thus demanding solid practical knowledge across multiple technical disciplines. Coordination with other departments is common to plan work and consistently comply with safety regulations.
The contract is temporary, and the annual gross salary ranges between 28\.000 and 30\.700 euros, depending on experience and job classification. A premium is included for working on public holidays. Working hours follow rotating shifts—morning, afternoon, and night—and one full week of rest is granted after three consecutive weeks of work.
Proven prior experience in both corrective and preventive maintenance within industrial environments is required, along with practical knowledge in areas such as mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and pneumatics. Candidates must be versatile professionals capable of diagnosing and addressing breakdowns of various types within an industrial plant, applying effective technical solutions.
