We are hiring a **Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics Specialist** to join stable projects with a strong technical component and a focus on innovation. Key Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and optimize machine learning and predictive analytics models for various use cases. * Deploy models into production using MLOps pipelines, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability. * Build, debug, and automate data pipelines to feed analytical models. * Deploy models in containers and manage their operation in cloud-based production environments. * Integrate analytical solutions with APIs, BI tools, and enterprise systems. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. ✅ Requirements Mandatory: * Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics and machine learning projects. * At least 3 years of experience in: * Developing analytical models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and XGBoost. * Deploying models into production using MLOps. * Designing and developing data pipelines. * Serving models in containers. * Feature engineering and dataset preparation using PySpark. * At least 1 year of experience in: * Using the Machine Learning module in Azure Databricks (model monitoring, model registry, endpoints). * Implementing MLOps in Azure Databricks with MLflow. * Serving models in containers using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). * Orchestration using Azure Data Factory. * Integrating models with APIs and BI tools such as Power BI. Desirable: * Certifications in Azure or data science. * Experience with cloud-based data architectures. * Knowledge of advanced DevOps practices applied to ML. * Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency.
