Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Technical Analyst to support the technical-functional analysis of the digital product backlog and ensure consistency between business requirements and technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical planning support for integrations and environment configuration. 2. Technical analysis of User Stories and definition of acceptance criteria. 3. Junior development experience with a focus on backend and APIs. At ISTOBAL GROUP, we are looking for a technically skilled individual for the role of Software Technical Analyst. The selected candidate will support the technical-functional analysis of the digital product backlog and ensure alignment among business requirements, API contracts, and technical validations. They will act as a junior liaison between Product, QA, and Development teams in initiatives related to integrations and connectivity. Their role will be divided into two main areas with the following responsibilities: **Technical Onboarding:** * Technical planning support for integrations based on specific customer cases. * Configuration of environments and test data. * Execution of technical validations during onboarding. * Functional validation of end-to-end flows. * Early identification of technical and functional risks. **Technical-Functional Management of the Digital Product Backlog:** * Technical analysis of functional User Stories. * Review and definition of acceptance criteria. * Identification and tracking of technical dependencies. * Ensuring consistency between business requirements and technical capabilities. * Support for functional QA of the digital product. * Management and updating of technical and functional documentation. To be suitable for this position, the following qualifications are required: * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Software Development or equivalent. * Two years’ experience in technical support roles for digital product integrations. * Junior development experience with a focus on backend and APIs. * Knowledge of technical-functional analysis. * Understanding of REST APIs and WebSockets. * Analysis of User Stories within the digital product backlog. * Functional validation of integrations. * Ability to manage technical and functional documentation. Additional qualifications that will be highly valued include: * Degree in Computer Engineering. * Knowledge of API design, documentation, and consumption using Swagger / OpenAPI. * API testing. * Knowledge of Webhooks. * Basic concepts of API security. * Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. * Autonomous management of technical tasks.
