The role’s objective is to analyze operational and technical information to support decision-making, thereby enhancing airport maintenance services through the development of KPIs, dashboards, and equipment lifecycle analysis. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting the management of airport maintenance services. * Analyzing facility data for replacement-based investment planning, considering equipment lifecycle. * Developing KPIs and creating dashboards (Power BI, Excel). * Assisting in drafting tender specifications. * Monitoring operational and financial data associated with maintenance contracts. * Identifying deviations, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. * Preparing reports to support decision-making. * Liaising with technical teams and internal departments. * Supporting other initiatives within the maintenance and technical assistance area. **What are we looking for?** * University degree in Engineering, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Mathematics, Statistics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or cost control projects. * Knowledge of facilities. * Prior experience in tenders and contracts is desirable. * Strong analytical skills and results orientation. * Communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities. **What do we offer?** * Permanent employment contract. * Intensive working schedule from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (standard hours: 08:00–15:00). * Regular working schedule for the rest of the year: Monday to Thursday (standard hours: 08:30–18:00) and Fridays (08:30–15:00). * Possibility to flexibilize your working hours. * A comprehensive set of measures supporting work-life balance for all employees. * Meal voucher.
