This is a permanent position offered in remote working mode. **Requirements** Mandatory: * Minimum 10 years of experience in IT * Minimum 3–4 years of experience in project management (depending on the specific role) * Key responsibilities include: + Gathering and defining business requirements + Ensuring functional consistency of the product + Coordinating among technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors + Supervising the roadmap, feature prioritization, and delivery + Guaranteeing high service levels and product quality + Managing project financial control * Language: English at minimum B2 level * Required skills: + Kanban. In-depth knowledge of Kanban implementation at both team and department levels, including aggregated boards and use of metrics: - Lead time, delivery ratio, and Work-in-Progress (WIP) limits - Application of Kanban principles and practices - Design and modeling of workflow systems - Visualization of workflow and WIP limitation - Identification and management of bottlenecks - Application of techniques for managing evolutionary change and minimizing resistance + Scrum. - Demonstrable experience in Scrum projects and active participation in Scrum ceremonies - Advanced proficiency in Jira. Deep knowledge is mandatory of: - Jira boards: Scrum and Kanban - Out-of-the-box agile reports provided by Jira + Waterfall - Knowledge of Project Plans and project planning - Experience in: * Progress reporting * Client follow-up meetings * Scope change process and negotiation * Project closure * Soft skills: + Strong competencies in: - Training/knowledge transfer - Communication and team building + Results orientation + Proactivity + Self-organization + Teamwork / collaborative work * Certifications: Not mandatory but highly recommended + Scrum Master and/or Product Owner + PMP
