Our values: **Respect, Commitment, Progress, and Transparency.** ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking an **IT Analyst**, whose primary mission will be to ensure the company’s operational continuity, safeguard our technological assets, and materialize business intelligence through strategic reporting. You will serve as the first line of technical defense, ensuring that our workflows remain uninterrupted and that data flows correctly to support decision-making. * **Location:** Riba\-roja de Túria, Valencia (IT Office) * **Contract Type:** Permanent * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Reports To:** IT Specialist ### **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** **User Support (Help Desk) and Technical Support:** * Ensure operational continuity by resolving incidents related to tools and systems. * Provide technical support and guidance to company staff. **System Administration and Maintenance:** * Manage corporate email accounts, software licenses, and users in **SAP**. * Ensure proper permission hierarchy and security for corporate folders. * Maintain hardware and software inventory (warranties and delivery receipts). **Data Management and Reporting (BI):** * Update and distribute key reports: Sales rankings, commercial route plans, ABC analysis, and profitability reports. * Maintain and update the customer database and commercial objectives within the ERP. **Security and Continuous Improvement:** * Implement cybersecurity measures to protect data integrity. * Propose improvements based on the latest trends in the IT sector. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * **Technical or University Degree** in Computer Science, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Demonstrable prior experience in **Technical Support (Help Desk / Service Desk)** and system administration. * Experience in the food or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector is desirable. **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** * **Advanced Excel (Mandatory):** Expert-level proficiency in pivot tables for reporting. * **Systems Management:** Exchange/Outlook, Active Directory, and access security. * **ERP:** Knowledge of SAP (user management and information extraction via queries). * **Programming:** Familiarity with **Python** is desirable. * Hardware and software diagnostics. **KEY COMPETENCIES** * **Service Orientation:** Patience and empathy when supporting users. * **Problem-Solving Ability:** Capacity to act quickly and effectively. * **Attention to Detail:** Meticulousness in managing inventories and data. * **Proactivity:** Enthusiasm to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. ### **WHAT WE OFFER** **Contract and Conditions:** * **Permanent contract.** * **Salary:** €22\.000 gross per year. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday (08:00–18:00, including statutory breaks). **Professional Development:** * **Continuous training** in data consulting, IT projects, and application development. * Integration into a multicultural and multidisciplinary technology team. * Ongoing support from the IT Specialist. ### **SELECTION PROCESS** Stages: Application review → Telephone interview → HR interview → Interview with IT Specialist → Technical test → Job offer. **Jota Jota Foods** is an equal opportunity employer.
