We are seeking a person for the industrial maintenance position in Robledollano, with a temporary contract and full-time rotating shifts. The main responsibility is to ensure that machinery and facilities operate smoothly by performing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. This includes inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, always adhering to safety protocols. Technical reports must also be completed, spare parts inventory controlled, and coordination maintained with the production team to minimize downtime. Working hours are from Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts covering morning (06:00–14:00\), afternoon (14:00–22:00\), and night (22:00–06:00\). Additionally, rotating weekend on-call duties may be assigned as required by operational needs. The ability to propose improvements enhancing equipment reliability and to collaborate with external suppliers when necessary is highly valued. Technical knowledge must cover mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, electropneumatics, hydraulics, PLC programming, welding techniques, and operation of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Experience operating forklift trucks will be considered a positive asset.
