Dynamic, international, and continuously growing environment **Innovation Project Manager | R&D&i | Food Industry** Calconut, an international company specializing in the trade of nuts and dried fruit, is seeking an R&D Innovation Project Manager for its headquarters in Mutxamel (Alicante). You will join a dynamic, international, and continuously growing environment with a presence in over 77 countries, leading innovation projects from both technical and business perspectives. **The Challenge** Lead new product development from market opportunity identification through to industrialization, ensuring technical and economic feasibility while delivering tangible business impact. **Responsibilities** * Support and lead end-to-end innovation processes, bridging market, development, and production to ensure efficient execution of new products. * Analyze retail and ingredient market trends and conduct technical product benchmarking. * Assess technical-economic feasibility (ingredients, processes, costs, scalability). * Design and develop new formulations and improve existing products. * Execute and coordinate laboratory and pilot plant trials. * Conduct tastings and sensory analysis for product evaluation. * Transfer developments to industrial settings and validate at manufacturing facilities. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Commercial departments. * Participate in new product committees and decision-making. * Prepare technical reports and monitor project progress. **Required Profile** * Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biotechnology, or related field. * Experience in product development within the food industry. * Knowledge of industrial processes (mixing, roasting, grinding, etc.). * Experience in technical-economic product evaluation. * Ability to connect technical vision with business impact. * Structured, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory). * English language skills are valued in an international context. **What Makes This Project Unique** * A project with direct impact on real products and the company's value proposition. * A hybrid role where market, development, quality, and production converge. * An environment where technical excellence and execution capability make the difference. * Join one of Europe's fastest-growing companies in its sector. * "Wellness Center" culture: daily healthy menu at the office, health insurance, training plan, option to join our Stock Options program for star employees, and a people-centric environment.
