At Garden Hotel Group, we are seeking an **Activity Coordinator** to join our Animation team in Mallorca. Your mission will be to organize and lead sports and leisure activities so that guests enjoy an active, fun, and safe experience during their stay. What will be your **responsibilities**? * Organize and conduct sports and fitness activities. * Encourage guests to participate in the activities. * Adapt activities to different ages and skill levels. * Prepare and maintain sports equipment. * Ensure proper use of facilities and participants' safety. * Organize tournaments and competitions. * Inform guests about the activity program. * Participate in the mini-disco and live shows. * Collaborate with the animation team on other activities as needed. What are the **requirements** for this position? * Graduates in Physical Education (TAFAD/TSEAS, CAFyD\- former INEF), sports instructors (Aerobics, Step, Body Pump, and various fitness disciplines), Nordic walking, Pilates, Yoga, etc., specialized in fitness, sports, and show animation. * Prior experience in hotel animation is not required. * In addition to your native language, we require English proficiency (B2\) and basic knowledge (B1\) of at least one of the following languages: German, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Danish, Polish, Czech, Portuguese. OFFICIAL LANGUAGE CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED: proficiency will be assessed during the personal interview. Candidates without language proficiency should refrain from applying. * Experience in both classical and modern dance will be valued. * Enthusiastic and flexible.
