At **Servinform Finance**, we work closely with one of the most recognized banking institutions nationwide and continue strengthening our team of professionals specialized in mortgage management. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Accompany and advise clients throughout the entire mortgage process—from initial application and document collection to formalization of the transaction (without requiring a notary visit). * Review and validate transaction feasibility by analyzing economic and legal documentation, as well as assessing risk levels using the financial institution’s internal tools. * Collaborate closely with departments such as Risk and Operations to optimize validation and resolution timelines. * Examine files and documentation to identify potential issues or risk factors. * Maintain close follow-up and proactive client attention, ensuring a satisfactory experience throughout the entire process. **Employment Conditions** * Permanent contract from day one. * Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00. * Hybrid work model: Remote work option starting from the second month, up to four days per week, subject to achievement of agreed objectives and productivity levels. * Fixed annual gross salary of €19,000, plus an attractive incentive scheme linked to production, quality, and customer satisfaction results. * Workplace located at Avenida de los Premios Nobel 37, Torrejón de Ardoz.
