FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATOR

If you seek to join a dynamic and continuously growing organization, we invite you to become part of our team! \- Preparation and production: Prepare raw materials and carry out production stages, including packaging and labeling, as well as necessary critical controls. \- Control and quality: Complete established control records and ensure compliance with cleaning, disinfection, and food safety procedures. \- Product handling: Perform meat cutting, access refrigerated and frozen chambers, and manage storage and order preparation. \- Safety and logistics: Handle loads using mechanical means and maintain a safe, hygienic, and orderly work environment. * 1 year of experience. 1–3 years’ experience in production environments (industrial kitchens or packaging), working with machinery, ERP systems, and in-line controls. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Competencies / knowledge: Knowledge of productive equipment operation, including adjustments, process monitoring, and recordkeeping. Organizational and coordination skills for teams or shifts, with a practical and solution-oriented approach. Profile oriented toward management, supervision, and standardization. * Vehicle availability * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1700' to '1800' * Additional information of interest: Working hours Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 h (1 h lunch break) or 12:00–21:00 h (1 h lunch break).
