We operate in **Spain, Mexico, and Peru.** At Kairós, you’ll find projects where you can work from home—without losing closeness with the rest of the team! **What are we looking for?** **At Kairós**, we are seeking a **DATA ANALYST.** As a Data Analytics professional, you will collaborate with various product and business units within one of our leading banking-sector clients, helping them develop data-based products and derive *actionable insights* from available information. Our Data & AI capability is our newest offering. With credentials in healthcare, science and research, environmental projects, and initiatives in banking and security, it is led by **Inés Huertas** and continues to grow by incorporating diverse profiles with valuable contributions to make. Within our discipline, we cover the entire lifecycle—from data design and convergence to experts in data exploitation using BI or IT Engineers. We work on generative AI projects, predictive algorithms, Big Data platform development, and dashboard creation, surrounded by Kairoseros and Kairoseras in roles such as Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop dashboards and data models in **Amazon QuickSight**. * Process and transform large volumes of data using **PySpark**. * Connect, model, and optimize datasets for analytical consumption. * Analyze key metrics and generate **actionable insights** for business teams. * Engage with stakeholders to understand strategic needs and translate them into data solutions. * Ensure data quality, consistency, performance, and security. * Document solutions and apply best development practices. **Requirements** * Solid experience with **Amazon QuickSight** (modeling, calculations, optimization). * Demonstrable experience in an **AWS data-oriented environment**. * Advanced programming skills in **PySpark and Python**. * Strong knowledge of **SQL**. * Experience working with **large volumes of data**. * Ability to communicate results effectively to non-technical audiences. * Sufficient seniority to interact autonomously with business teams. **Plus**: * Strong **business sense** to extract relevant, impact-oriented conclusions. * Experience in the **financial sector or corporate Business Intelligence environments**. * Solid **software development background** (architecture, testing, best practices). * Experience in **data science / machine learning**. * Experience with other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). **What can we offer you?** **At Kairós you will find:** * Free English classes in small groups. * 23 vacation days, December 24th and 31st off, 1 day for personal events, and **3 flexible workdays for work-life balance!** * Enjoy summer with our reduced working hours in August and extended Friday working hours throughout the year. * Flexible compensation via Cobee, usable for dining, public transport, training, and childcare vouchers. * Health insurance with Cigna or Sanitas: we care about your physical and mental well-being. * Ongoing personal support through our Wellness 3\.0 program and continuous technical mentoring. * Opportunities to strengthen your personal brand at internal and external events. * Being part of a strong community and having the support of exceptional individuals and industry leaders. * But above all… being part of a company that listens to you, cares for you, and strives to meet your needs and expectations. **You’ll fit right in if** you enjoy **learning, sharing your knowledge, and treating others with respect and kindness**.
