We work in small teams, with no bureaucracy and measurable results. **Your Responsibilities** * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using **SQL**, **R**, and **Python** * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards with **Tableau** and **Power BI** * Design and optimize databases in **Microsoft SQL Server** and **Oracle** * Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Identify trends and improvement opportunities through data analysis * Automate repetitive tasks using **VBA** and **Bash** scripts * Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences **What We’re Looking For** **Requirements:** * 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role * Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field * Proficiency in **SQL**, **R**, and **Python** * Practical experience with **Tableau** and **Power BI** * Knowledge of **Microsoft SQL Server** and **Oracle** * Understanding of **Agile** methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English * Authorization to work in Spain (EU) Salary: €35,000.00–€50,000.00 per year Work Location: Periodic travel
